Information Required for a Technical Check
To speed up a technical check, provide the complete order code whenever it is available. If it is not available, send a clear nameplate photo together with the installed application details. For new instruments, include the medium, measurement range, process pressure and temperature, connection type, output or protocol, required certificates, quantity, destination country, and target delivery date. This information helps identify configuration questions early and reduces avoidable procurement errors.
