t-mass F 300 – Thermal Mass Flowmeter for Gases
The Endress+Hauser t-mass F 300 provides direct mass flow measurement of gases based on the thermal dispersion principle. No external pressure or temperature compensation is required, simplifying installation and reducing total cost of ownership.
Key Features
- Measuring principle: Thermal dispersion (calorimetric)
- Nominal diameter: DN15 to DN150 (inline) or insertion probe
- Accuracy: ±1.5% of reading ±0.5% of full scale
- Direct mass flow measurement – no P/T compensation needed
- Gas types: air, nitrogen, oxygen, argon, hydrogen, natural gas, biogas, mixed gases
- Process temperature: −40 to +200 °C
- Process pressure: up to 100 bar
- Output: 4–20 mA HART, PROFIBUS PA, pulse/frequency
- Heartbeat Technology
- Explosion protection: ATEX, IECEx
Applications
Compressed air monitoring, nitrogen blanket measurement, biogas metering, natural gas consumption monitoring, flare gas measurement, combustion air control.
